The compatibility info on the site was useful and helped me figure out whether the part would fit my car. Some of the listings were clear, but a few were kind of vague—I mean, not confusing exactly, just not detailed enough, so I ended up double-checking the model years myself.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t completely smooth either. I’d definitely appreciate fitment notes that are easier to read and a little more specific.

Support did help me out after I bought it, but the replies felt kind of slow. Am I missing something, or is that just the usual response time?

The site was really easy to use!! I found what I needed quickly, without having to click around forever... which I definitely appreciated. It loaded fine on my phone too, and the checkout/contact info was clear enough!!! Nothing super fancy or complicated, just simple, easy, and not annoying at all!!

I had a problem with one of the parts, so I reached out about the warranty. They did get back to me, but it took a few messages back and forth before I got a clear answer, not the end of the world, but definitely a little frustrating when you’re just trying to get it sorted.

To be fair, they did take care of it in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just moved slower than I expected, and I had to keep checking in, which gets old fast. Three stars feels about right...
